1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

One Account Per Person
Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 49jli. Creating multiple accounts, also known as multi-accounting, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited.
Account Information Accuracy
All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and truthful. Your registered name must match the name on your government-issued ID and your payment accounts. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
Login Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and OTP verification codes. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
Unauthorized Access
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 49jli support immediately through your account dashboard. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but you remain responsible for any activity that occurred before you reported the breach.
OTP and Mobile Verification
Your registered Philippine mobile number is used for OTP verification during login from new devices and for withdrawal requests. Keep your mobile number active and up to date. If you change your SIM card or mobile number, update your account immediately to prevent access issues.
4. Deposits and Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
49jli accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. Accepted payment methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. All deposit transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.
Payment Account Requirements
The name on your payment account (bank account or e-wallet) must match the name registered on your 49jli account. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your name will be rejected and returned.

5. Withdrawals
KYC Verification Requirement

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet and mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed same-day for verified accounts when submitted during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days. Weekends and public holidays may add additional processing time.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. If you have an active bonus with wagering requirements, those requirements must be cleared before you can withdraw funds. Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses come with wagering requirements, which means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each bonus's terms. If you attempt to withdraw before clearing wagering requirements, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
Bonus Expiration
Bonuses and promotional credits typically have expiration dates. If you do not use or clear a bonus within the stated timeframe, it will expire and be removed from your account along with any associated winnings. Always check the expiration date when you accept a bonus.
One Bonus Per Player
Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
Bonus Abuse
49jli reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other players. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and balances forfeited.
7. Game Rules and Fair Play
Game Outcomes
All slot games, eBingo, online poker, and other RNG-based games use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. Live casino games use real dealers and physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) with outcomes streamed to you in real time. 49jli does not manipulate game results or alter odds based on player activity.
Sports Betting Rules

In the event of a disputed outcome, 49jli's decision is final and based on official results from recognized sports authorities.
Errors and Malfunctions

8. Prohibited Activities

- Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether to claim duplicate bonuses or for any other reason.

- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games. All gameplay must be manual.

- Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after making a deposit. Chargebacks are considered fraud.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Grounds for Suspension
49jli reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or if we have reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse. Suspension may be temporary pending investigation, or permanent depending on the severity of the violation.
Self-Exclusion
You may voluntarily close your account at any time through the responsible gaming controls in your account dashboard. You may also request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 49jli may apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts with positive balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied. To avoid inactivity fees, log in to your account at least once every 12 months.
10. Responsible Gaming
